蘑菇短视频鈥檚 programs combine paid, industry-relevant training with classroom and lab instruction, providing employers the opportunity to sponsor employees in related programs to enhance their skills and support workforce development.
The college鈥檚 programs are designed to include individuals who are currently employed in their respective fields. These programs provide the necessary classroom and hands-on instruction while participants continue to gain practical, on-the-job experience with their employers. Employers may sponsor their employees鈥� participation and may be eligible for Custom Fit funding to help offset program costs.
Custom Fit is a legislative program that returns a portion of a company鈥檚 tax dollars back to them by reimbursing training costs. The Custom Fit department at 蘑菇短视频 assists Weber County for-profit businesses in accessing these funds. Up to 40% of training costs may be reimbursed.
